Skin Discoloration and Acne

Now that I have my hair together, the next thing I need to tackle is my skin.

Skin that's on my face and body. The most important though is my face.

Have skin discoloration on face due to old acne marks (scars) yuck.

With having such a light complexion, when I break out, no matter if I touch the acne or not it will leave discoloration.

Thank God I found the right foundation!

Now I want to test the waters with products to combat this demon!

First, I have used skin toners, skin bleachers, microdermabrasion, proactive, lemon juice and misc. Still have the same problem. Although I just started using the microdermabrasion.

Won't post any photos of myself until I get the results. Then I will let you see and I will also let you know what products were used.

NOW THIS IS SOME BS

Below mentioned are some tips to combat Acne:
*Do not touch the pimples with your hands or try to break it open-it will only make it worse. (OK NO PROBLEM)
*Do not drink alcohol, soft drinks, caffeine, eggs, chocolate and do not eat fried food, sweets or anything containing large amount of sugar or fats. (WTF) *Drink lots of water. This help clean the body by carrying out waste. (OK)
*Eat Shellfish, soybeans, sunflower seeds, nuts and foods high in fiber. (OK)
*Eat a well-balanced diet that includes plenty of whole grains, fruits, vegetabales and lean protein. *Take a multi-vitamin multi-mineral supplement everyday. (OK) *Increase intake of foods naturally high in vitamin A (dark colored fruits & vegetables, lean protein) and zinc (nuts & legumes) as both are important to skin health. (OK)

Juice Therapy:

1.Make a juice of 2 apples,1/2 cucumber and 6 sticks of celery and drink.

2.make a juice of 2 apples,4 carrots and one inch ginger separately, mix it and drink.

OKAY that sounds good, but I will be struggling with sugar.

What is more important to me is my face. More important then COOKIES! (crying)

WILL START THIS TOMORROW!

Will start my regimen on ProActive. And go grocery shopping tomorrow for the right foods...
