Beauty Treatments

IN THE BATHROOM
Clean Toothbrush
After brushing your teeth and rinsing your mouth with a mouthwash, why not wash your toothbrush off with the same stuff so that the bacteria you just brush out of your mouth will not linger on your toothbrush? Now be honest, you didn't know that, did you?

PERSONAL USE
To get rid of a blemish on your face, use a cotton swab to dab some mouthwash on it. It will kill the bacteria and the blemish will disappear.

Scrub my hair everyday with Epsom salt and I drink Epsom salt as well. Scrubbing scalp to rid it of any dry patches that may have occurred due to relaxing my hair over the years. Also, because the skin is porous all the natural emollients from Epsom salt are activated into the skin.

Use Care Free Curl moisturizer for my hair as well. Hair tends to be very dry. Was very fortunate to have started using Arm & Hammer Baking Soda and Hydrogen Peroxide

in addition to toothpaste in brushing my teeth at a very young age. St. Maggie a dear friend of my mother hhad always used baking soda alone in brushing her teeth since she was a little girl. When St. Maggie died she had all of her teeth in her mouth (no cavities) and she was ninety something years old. Many found this hard to believe because they expected her to have dentures at her ripe age. Find that I get so many compliments on the whiteness of my teeth and I owe it all to St. Maggie.

To aid weight loss, skin brushing should be carried out all over the body on a daily basis, to stimulate lymphatic drainage, and help to break down the stored fatty deposits. Use a natural bristle brush, rather than one that has been manufactured from synthetic fibers, and brush the skin sweeping strokes toward the center of the body.
